Lactalis Canada Announces Appointment of Jean-Yann Bucaille as Vice President of Information Technology

July 15, 2024 – Toronto, ON – Lactalis Canada, the Canadian dairy leader behind iconic brands like Cracker Barrel, Black Diamond, Balderson, Astro and Lactantia and a subsidiary of France-based Lactalis Group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jean-Yann Bucaille to the position of Vice President, Information Technology, effective July 15, 2024.

Jean-Yann will lead Lactalis Canada’s Information Technology function with a focus on driving digital transformation, SAP deployment, industrial automation, and overseeing the implementation of enterprise-level applications and leading-edge technology solutions.

With over 30 years of IT experience across the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Pharmaceutical and Consulting industries in France, Italy and Canada, Jean-Yann has held multiple senior management roles at Johnson & Johnson, Sanofi-Pasteur and most recently at Maple Leaf Foods in Canada.
