Lactalis Canada Announces Appointment of Nathalie Cusson as General Manager of its Fluid Division
May 2, 2023 – Toronto, ON – Lactalis Canada, the Canadian dairy leader behind iconic brands like Cracker Barrel, Black Diamond, Balderson, Astro and Lactantia and a subsidiary of France-based Lactalis Group, is pleased to announce the promotion of Nathalie Cusson to the position of General Manager of its Fluid Division effective May 1, 2023. At the helm of the Fluid Division, Nathalie will be responsible for its overall long-term strategy, sales, marketing and retail partnerships, as well as Lactalis Canada’s expansion into the plant-based category.

Nathalie boasts a 23-year tenure at Lactalis Canada, holding a significant number of Sales roles. She most recently served as Vice President, Sales, Fluid division where she led contract negotiations and contributed to driving our commercial results through enhancements in our product mix, collaboration on the development of Lactantia premium milk sales across all regions and business development.
Nathalie replaces Vincent Metz has been promoted to the role of Vice President of Marketing for Lactalis Americas; while David Gillespie will assume Nathalie’s former role as Vice President of Sales, Fluid division at Lactalis Canada.
