Lactalis Canada Announces Appointment of Tom Szostok as Senior Vice President of Sales
October 10, 2023 – Toronto, ON – Lactalis Canada, the Canadian dairy leader behind iconic brands like Cracker Barrel, Black Diamond, Balderson, Astro and Lactantia and a subsidiary of France-based Lactalis Group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Tom Szostok to the position of Senior Vice President, Sales, effective October 10, 2023.
Tom will lead Lactalis Canada’s Commercial Sales function with complete oversight of both the Customer Accounts and Customer Strategy & Development (Revenue Growth Management, Ecommerce & Shopper Marketing, Sales Operations and Business Development) teams.

With over 25 years of CPG experience, Tom was most recently at Sabra Dipping Company as EVP of Sales, North America. Prior to this, Tom held multiple senior sales management roles with Campbell Company of Canada, McCain Foods Canada and General Mills Canada. Tom has served in an advisory capacity on various industry committees including FMI – The Food Industry Association, Food & Consumer Products of Canada and Canadian Federation of Independent Grocers.
Reporting directly to Tom will be Lactalis Canada’s Todd Johnston, Vice President, Customer Sales and Alexander Benedet, Vice President, Customer Strategy & Development.
